Reconnecting to yourself

Almost three months into 2021 and most will say that the year did not start off to well. I don’t know about you, but the past few months has felt energetically heavy to me. This could be due everything that is currently happening in the world, people near and far going through some really difficult times, loss of income, loss of loved ones or even loss of self. Of course, for me personally there has been things coming up that needed healing, things that I thought was healed, but came back to show me that it wasn’t complete yet.


Let me try and describe the feeling, I feel like there is a really thick fog surrounding us all. We are all still moving, but we cannot see very far in front of us, this fog is so thick, it almost feels heavy in a way. There is nothing we can do to clear this fog because it is out of our control, we are feeling lost and alone. Even if we can sense people around us, we can’t see them. Everyone is moving through this fog individually, slowly and one step at a time. Some bump up against things and get angry, some get sad. There is so much emotion, so much fear and uncertainty we are faced with and we feel powerless as it is all completely out of our control.


I think what this fog is trying to show us that it is time to face ourselves. We need to face what is going on within us rather than without. We may not be able to control the fog, but we can control our reaction to it. It is time to reconnect to yourself because when we reconnect with ourselves, that is where true healing happens. We need to forget about the outside world for a moment, we need to stop and reassess our relationship with ourselves, our love for ourselves. The way we feel about ourselves, are connected to everything in our world and all healing starts here.


I want to help people reconnect to themselves. There are many different ways in which you can do this at Mindsynergy;


* Suggestion therapy: Change unwanted behaviours and old beliefs that does not serve you. In this type of therapy, I deprogram your mind and put new, positive suggestions to your subconscious mind. Remember that this type of therapy takes repetition and time, especially if the behaviour is very emotionally charged or a long-term behaviour. Practice makes perfect. Think of suggestion therapy as learning to drive, you didn’t learn to drive over night, it took time and many lessons but when you got it, you got it. This is a very effective form of therapy and it will help you, repetition however is key here.


Regression therapy: There are two types of regression therapy. The first type of regression is to go back to a point in time in this lifetime which could be considered the origin of a problem that you are facing currently. This form of therapy can be emotional, but it is extremely healing. In this way you are putting back lost puzzle pieces that you did not have before, completing you again.


The other type of regression is Past Life regression therapy. You do not need to believe that you have had past lives for this to be healing. This form of therapy is beyond anything you can imagine.
