What is past life regression and how can it help you?

Regression simply means, going back in time. During your hypnotherapy session, you will be taken into one of your past lives or in some cases, multiple lives, depending on what your subconscious mind feels is important for you to experience. The regression therapist is guided by your subconscious mind. Regression therapy can shift issues and energy from lifetimes ago and give you deep healing for this 

life. 

Curiosity or Issues?

You may decide to do a past life regression therapy for two reasons.

a)       You are curios to explore a Past Life, perhaps you want to know if it is “Real” or perhaps you are interested to know what has brought you to this incarnation.

b)      You have an issue you wish you to resolve and would like to find a root cause for the problem. Perhaps you have been suffering with a physical pain, emotional pain, a fear or maybe you are experiencing a difficult relationship that you could not find any resolution, up to this point. You may have tried conventional medicine or other alternative therapies with no success. It could be that the roots of these problems lie in a past life.
